Feel free to invite as many participants as you wish! Our simulation software will allow up to 8 players for a round of golf, but other options included are par 3 contests, long – drive competitions, and closest to the pin. These are great for larger gatherings as well!
In short, yes! You’re more than welcome to use your own clubs or balls. In order to keep the impact screen in top shape, we just ask that your clubs are clean and balls are free of sharpie marks and scuffs. Otherwise, we provide everything else needed. Just bring good energy!

Cancellations within 7 business days of the event will be able to use their credit towards a future event. Cancellations between 7-14 days will receive a 50% refund with 50% credit towards a future event. Cancellations 14+days will receive a 100% refund.
We can discuss if you have the room indoors to set up. Otherwise, we do tend to stay away from setting up in high winds, heavy rains, or lightning. We understand weather is beyond your control, so we will work with you to reschedule or issue a rain check for a future date. If inclement weather hits during your event, we will only charge an agreed upon prorated amount.
The enclosure dimensions are 15’W x 15’D x 11’H. If you have the space indoors we can set up there (would require ceilings to be a minimum of 12 ft high). Otherwise a typical setup is outside, somewhere relatively flat and free of overhead obstructions.
